I can't express how professional Omid was from his arrival to the very end of the call. He was diligent, courteous, and extremely polite. He cleared out the drain, reinstalled the toilet, and tested everything. This is the second time I've used Mr. Rooter; an excellent job was done each time.

Mr. Router was one of the best experiences with a service organization. John, the technician, was absolutely amazing. We panicked, thinking we had a main water line leak; however, John calmed our fears, arrived within 60 minutes after making the call, and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. Robert Cassels was the technician that came to our home to replace the old & broken water shutoff value on our toilet. He was on time, courteous, and efficient. He provided my us with a clear quote and explained what needed to be done. He even went so far as to offer some tips on making our new toilet sit more snuggly on the ground. A quick shout out to technician Patrick Siddall, who came to remove our old water softener. His earlier diagnosis was that our declining water pressure problems were likely connected to the disabled water softener. Other plumbers in the past, including public works people from the city, never figured this out. It turns out Patrick was 100% correct and solved our problem.
